Teacher-Special Education SAI - Groves Intermediate bei Port Neches-Groves School District

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

        Education:            BA/BS

        Experience:         Special Education teaching experience preferred

        Licenses/Other:  Appropriate Texas Certification or such alternatives as may be acceptable

                                       to the district.  

ILLUSTRATIVE DUTIES:

• Design lessons and units with sequential content incorporating a variety of techniques and materials;
• Establishes a learning atmosphere which enhances students subject matter competency and student self image;
• Works cooperatively with faculty, staff and administration;
• Works to improve professional competency.
• Implementation of behavior intervention plans.
• Other duties as assigned by the principal.
