What’s in it for You:

• Competitive Salary: Starting at $60,000.00 / year base, eligible for bonus program
• Work Site Location: 100% Onsite at Corporate Office, St. Louis, MO
• Set Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Analyze and Report Credit: Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to determine risk levels. Prepare detailed credit analysis and present findings to management.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure credit policies are followed.
• Engage with Customers: Reach out to clients via phone and email, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor while securing timely payments and addressing any concerns with precision.
• Investigate and Resolve Billing Errors: Dive deep into billing discrepancies, using your keen eye for detail to identify issues and quickly initiate corrective actions that get results.
• Drive Collection Success: Take charge of your assigned portfolio, proactively reducing past-due amounts and ensuring customers understand the importance of keeping their accounts current.
• Navigate Chargebacks Like a Pro: Understand, investigate, and resolve chargeback deductions, ensuring our financials stay in top shape.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Emphasis area would be finance, accounting or economics. Would accept equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and key financial metrics such as cashflow and leverage. Make written recommendations to upper management.
• NACM certification is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow up with internal and external customers.
• Ability to navigate various client portals and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Prior business-to-business collections experience is preferred but not required.

• Knowledge of financial concepts and financial statements utilizing financial and accounting principles.
• Basic understanding of key financial metrics such as cashflow, leverage and debt service coverage.
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize, communicate, and manage multiple demands.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional and courteous demeanor when dealing with past-due customers.
• Ability to follow instructions from management and develop solutions to unique problems.
• Team player who can interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
