MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented 3D Modeler to join our team in Norfolk, VA. This position is on-site.Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Creating accurate, detailed 3D assets for applications critical to defense, training, and operational supportCreate realistic 3D military models in Autodesk 3ds and then import those into Unity systemIdentify and fix technical issues that arise when integrating 3D assets into the Unity environment (e.g., scale issues, rendering artifacts, lighting errors)Develop textures and visual effects for models Collaborate with software engineers to test models in Unity after importation and designUp to 25% travel required or as neededMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma and 3+ years of experience creating high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations using Autodesk 3ds Max and UnityMust have digital portfolio showcasing 3D visualizations experienceAbility to collaborate with software engineers to interpret 2D diagrams, drawing, and photographs of various military vehicles, aircraft, munitions etc.Experience developing lighting, textures, visual effects, and material setups to enhance realismExperience optimizing models and terrain for performance and qualityMust have Security+ CertificationPreferred Qualifications:Autodesk associate or professional certification5+ years modeling and VFX experience.Bachelor’s degree in Modeling and Simulation, Animation, Computer Graphics or Graphic Design.Clearance Requirements:US Citizenship required and an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top SecretPhysical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printerThe person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Jetzt bewerben
