HSS is currently seeking an Talent Integration Specialist to support our clients inNorwich- Mashantucket area.
Job purpose
The Talent IntegrationSpecialist is responsible for coordinating all logistics related to the travel,housing, and successful integration of associates recruited from Puerto Ricounder our workforce bridge program. This role ensures seamless travel arrangements,compliant onboarding, safe housing accommodations, and consistent employeesupport throughout each assignment. The Talent Integration Specialist serves asthe primary point of contact for employees regarding travel, housing, andtransition needs, while collaborating with internal teams and clients to driveprogram success and retention.
Essential Job Functions
Travel Coordination
- Arrange inbound travel (airfare and airport pickup/shuttles) for associates arriving from Puerto Rico to the CT market.
- Monitor flight schedules, cancellations, and re-bookings while ensuring cost-effective travel options within company policies.
- Track travel deductions, reimbursements, and eligibility for return airfare per program guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal driving teams (vans, shuttle services, ride-share, etc.) to ensure reliable daily commutes to/from worksites.
- Welcome employees on arrival day to ensure smooth housing transitions.
- Drive employee shuttles as needed.
- Review driver logs and ensure all internal vehicles comply with risk management and safety guidelines.
Housing Management
- Secure and manage housing accommodation for incoming employees.
- Conduct housing check-in and check-out inspections.
- Enforce compliance with housing rules and cleaning schedules for shared/common areas.
- Oversee rent deductions and housing compliance.
- Perform pre-turnover inspections and walkthroughs for new housing units coming online.
- Ensure properties meet safety, occupancy, and cleanliness standards.
- Serve as the main contact for housing-related issues, including maintenance requests, roommate conflicts, and relocation needs.
Employee Support & Compliance
- Support onboarding by ensuring associates understand program policies, payroll deductions, and housing rules.
- Provide orientation on local resources (groceries, medical facilities, transportation, etc.).
- Act as a liaison between associates, branch offices, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure high retention rates.
Administrative & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of travel, housing assignments, and payroll deductions.
- Generate weekly housing and travel reports for management.
- Assist in budgeting and cost tracking for housing and transportation expenses.
- Maintain updated rosters of housed associates by location.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in travel coordination, housing management, hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse employee populations.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish/ Creole) preferred.
Working Conditions
- Work is primarily performed in a standard office environment with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Fast paced deadline drive environment. Requires the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting recruitment timelines and performance metrics.
- Frequent communication with candidates via phone, email, video calls.
- May be required to work extended hours, including evenings or weekends, depending on project deadlines and client needs.
Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, or driving.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Frequent travel between housing locations, airports, and worksites.
- Must be available for occasional evening or weekend support based on travel schedules.

Eligibility Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and car insurance
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be willing to undergo a drug screening

Compensation:
Thepay range for this position is $50,000. This range represents the minimum and maximum pay thatHospitality Staffing Solutions reasonably and in good faith believes it willpay for this role at the time of posting.
Additional Compensation:
This position may also be eligible for commissions and additional incentives such as mileage/car allowance..
