Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Associate degree in Business or related field, security training or experience, casino
operational training or experience, regulatory enforcement related experience
preferred, or three plus years’ experience within a casino environment or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
- Must possess strong skills in applying complete fact finding, analytical and problem solving method and technique.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, human relations and decision making skills required.
- Ability to work any shift and/or days necessary to help all personnel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills sufficient to provide effective reporting and public speaking.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and have mature judgment and initiative.
- Teaching/mentoring background very necessary with the ability to create success from all educational levels.
- Proficiency in gaming regulations in general, and in Indian Gaming Regulations specifically
- In-depth knowledge and thorough understanding of governmental regulations, and technical rules relevant to the job responsibilities.
- Proficiency in computer usage and applications; knowledgeable in using MS Office software preferable
- Ability to deal professionally and diplomatically with the public, Tribe and staff.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
- Documents that establish both Identity and Employment Eligibility.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Sac and Fox Nation Gaming License.
- Gaming industry experience is required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises the activities of Internal Audit/Compliance staff.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, and work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
