Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager for our Importer of Record team to work with our clients to successfully execute and complete projects and manage accounts as assigned. This requires a strong ability to lead, manage, and take initiative while handling multiple aspects of different projects. This role is 100% in-office at our headquarters in Erie, PA.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage full supply chain services for tech industry clients, including international and domestic freight, trade compliance, and specialized importer of record services.

Supervise warehouse operations, including device-level IT equipment configuration, factory resets, and logistics for onboarding/offboarding remote employees.

Coordinate reverse logistics, equipment returns, and lifecycle management, including secure destruction, remarketing, and recycling of end-of-life devices.

Lead and manage technical on-site installations, decommissioning, and removals for data center and end-user equipment, collaborating with global teams.

Act as a customer-facing decision maker, handling escalations and ensuring project delivery across multiple client accounts, not dedicated to a single account.

Learn operations in depth to effectively manage projects and teams, with growth potential into higher-level project management roles.

Maintain oversight of global operations, ensuring process standardization, data accuracy, and commercial efficiency across regions (US, Europe, APAC, Latin America).

Analyze and improve processes, minimize manual efforts, and contribute to financial management and commercial decision-making.

Support flexible work hours to accommodate global project launches and time zone differences, with expectation of occasional off-hours support and teamwork.

Prior experience in transportation, supply chain management, freight brokerage, or logistics industry preferred.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Two to five years of experience in a Project Manager role preferred.

Experience in Warehousing, Inventory management, Procurement, or Logistics and Distribution is preferred.
-
Customer-focused service industry experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
