Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to expertly tell stories and translate numbers into clear executive-level narratives.
- Ability to demonstrate great leadership and people skills by setting objectives, driving results, and building long-term relationships across organizational boundaries.
- Excellent communication skills, combined with comfort and experience in regularly presenting to executive management and building executive level content.

- Drive the Long Range Plan for YouTube by shaping the narrative of the business, identifying key risks and opportunities and preparing compelling executive level presentations.
- Conduct ad hoc business analysis to address executive level questions, developing a comprehensive understanding of YouTube’s businesses, and identify key drivers of change affecting financial performance and long-term trajectory.
- Contribute to the creation of executive level deliverables, including Quarterly Business Reviews, BOD materials, and other BFO/CEO level decks.
- Build productive relationships with peers and management across YouTube finance to stay informed about changes to financial performance and its long-term implications.
