Position Overview:
 We are seeking a versatile individual to join our team as a Driver/Dishwasher. This dual-role position requires flexibility and the ability to perform transportation duties as well as assist in the dishwashing area during downtime. The candidate must be able to pass a physical per DOT standards and meet the physical requirements of both roles. We are looking for both AM and PM shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
Driving:

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods, equipment, or personnel as required.
• Follow designated routes and schedules, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance.
• Maintain logs of vehicle usage and report any incidents or delays.

Dishwashing:

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize all kitchenware, glassware, utensils, and dishes.
• Manually wash items when necessary, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing stations and storage areas.
• Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a DOT physical and adhere to DOT regulations.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a delivery vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen sanitation procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit and drive for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, stooping, lifting, and carrying of objects up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods while washing dishes.
• Ability to push and pull heavy carts or equipment.
• Manual dexterity for operating dishwashing machinery and handling small tools or parts.
• Ability to work in varying temperature environments, including hot kitchen areas.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in driving/delivery services and/or kitchen operations preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
