Position Overview
U Street Parking is seeking an experienced and motivated Valet Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day valet operations at Orlando International Airport (MCO). This role is responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction, managing staff performance, and meeting operational and financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of valet operations, including staffing, scheduling, and daily supervision of attendants and shift leads.
Ensure consistent, high-quality customer service and professionalism in all guest interactions.
Monitor and enforce company policies, safety protocols, and airport regulations.
Track and report key performance metrics, including labor hours, ticket counts, and revenue.
Maintain communication with airport representatives, management, and corporate office.
Conduct regular audits of cash handling, vehicle tracking, and ticket reconciliation.
Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure proper coverage and performance.
Manage inventory of uniforms, equipment, and supplies.
Address customer concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with all company, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
3+ years of management experience in parking, transportation, or hospitality operations (airport experience preferred).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage large teams in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with scheduling, reporting, and basic financial tracking.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
