Position Summary

Atlas is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations and drive efficiency across our Essex facility. This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a high-performing team culture. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational skills and a passion for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Implement and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with ATF and industry regulations.
• Supervise and develop warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, sales, and customer service to ensure seamless order flow.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive performance improvements across productivity, accuracy, and turnaround times.
• Maintain facility standards, oversee equipment upkeep, and manage inventory systems.
• Support strategic planning and contribute to long-term operational goals.

Requirements

 Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or operations management, preferably in firearms, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
• Proven leadership skills with experience building and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented, process-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems, shipping platforms, and regulatory compliance protocols.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments and levels.

 Compensation Range: $110,000-$135,000
