Responsibilities
Training Lead and Coordinator – partner with vendors, training department, and Product Owners to develop a robust training strategy for our products. Execute on defined strategy.
Partner with IT Product Owners and Corporate Communications on a strategy for IT communications and content
Provide thoughtful solutions to solve communication and outreach challenges
Craft engaging content that provides employees with the information they need when they need it.
Measure communication effectiveness and adjust as needed with a goal of continuous improvement
Establish a robust Voice of the Customer strategy to gather feedback from our users, analyze and share results, provide recommendations for improvements to better serve our customers
Background
Interest and passion for technology and adoption of new tools
Innovative thinking and a willingness to challenge how we deliver communications and education today, to provide a best-in-class employee experience
Comfort with independently collaborating with both business and technical partners
Proficiency in the O365 suite of products, intranet content management tools and creating outstanding content
Exceptional communication skills

The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.
