Key Responsibilities:
Dual Enrollment Programs:
- Lead and expand partnerships with schools to grow dual enrollment opportunities. Provide exceptional service to dual enrollment students and their families, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.
- Manage the day-to-day logistics of the program, including overseeing the application process, registering students, and reporting grades. Provide exceptional service and support to dual enrollment students and their families to ensure a seamless experience. Maintain and strengthen relationships with current partner schools while identifying opportunities for growth.
Summer Scholars Program:
- Oversee the planning and execution of Lipscomb's Summer Scholars program for rising high school seniors, fostering an engaging and educational environment.
Summer Camp Counselors:
- Recruit, train, and manage summer camp counselors, ensuring they are well-prepared to deliver a positive experience for all participants.
Program Development:
- Collaborate with university stakeholders to develop and implement future pre-college programs that align with Lipscomb's mission and goals.
Customer Service:
- Maintain a strong customer service mindset, addressing inquiries and concerns from students, parents, and school partners with professionalism and care.
Event Coordination:
- Organize and execute events related to pre-college programs, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required;
- Experience working with high school students and their families.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for creating positive educational experiences.
- Previous experience in program management or educational administration is a plus.
