A Warehouse Coordinator functions as intermediary between the stockroom and logistics.

 This position requires working 5 days per week on site in our Somerset, NJ location.

Responsibilities:

All duties must be performed according to established policies and standards. Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Manage third party warehouse inventory and work with the Supply Chain Team in scheduling deliveries and assisting in unloading items from the truck.
  • Overseeing and monitoring shipping inventory in both main and offsite warehouse locations.
  • Ensure all inter-warehouse transfers are accurately recorded and processed in the system.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency in both warehouse facilities.
  • Notify the Purchasing Department of low stock levels and report any inventory discrepancies.
  • Work with stockroom team leaders for daily shipping needs.
  •  Making sure all packages are picked up by carrier at the end of the day.
  • May perform miscellaneous task/projects as directed by manager.

      The pay range for this position is expected to be between $15.54 to $21.15 per hour; however, while the salary range is effective as of the date of this posting, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including but not limited to experience level, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as bonus, commissions, or discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or minimum of 3 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Forklift certification is preferred but not required
