Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle to deliver and pick up guests
• Always obey traffic rules, use good judgment and safe driving skills
• Complete vehicle safety checks per company policy and operate the vehicle within safety guidelines
• Immediately report any safety concerns to the Service Manager
• Assist guests in a professional, courteous, and prompt manner
• Assist guests getting in and out of vehicles
• Communicate with guests and dealership team members via text and phone calls
  • DO NOT use the text feature while driving.
• Establish and maintain rapport with guests, always remaining aware of, and addressing their needs
  • Recommend products that meet their needs
• Work closely with the service team to resolve guest concerns
• Prioritize and coordinate efficient routes for guest pick-ups and deliveries
• Maintain an efficient and timely shuttle route
• Keep a record of trips: including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point
• Maintain cleanliness, appearance, and the safe operation of company vehicle
• Report maintenance requirements such as oil change, tires, cleaning, and other general maintenance to the Service Manager
• Ensure guests' private information and vehicle keys are placed in a secured location
• Drive vehicles through our car wash as needed (remove and replace antennas)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Neat and professional appearance
• Knowledge and familiarity of the Huntsville and Madison area roads, highways, and interstates
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to type and utilize the functions of a computer and various smart phone applications
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screens
