Restaurant Supervisors oversee all restaurant operations to ensure that restaurants run smoothly. They train and supervise restaurant staff, ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations, and resolve customer complaints.

• Checking in on banquet customers and teams to enquire about food quality and service.
• Ensuring room set ups are completed and accurate in timely manner
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other banquet essentials are adequately stocked.
• Involved in Screening, interviewing, hiring, and training banquet staff.
• Managing banquet t staff's work schedules.
•  Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
