We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Clinical Director to lead our clinical operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral healthcare services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health management with a proven track record of effective leadership in clinical settings. Duties

  • Provide oversight and clinical leadership for all behavior analytic programs.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs and clinical teams to ensure high-quality services.
  • Ensure compliance with BACB, Medicaid, and company standards.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement company-wide initiatives.
  • Monitor client outcomes and ensure data-driven clinical decision-making.
  • Oversee onboarding and training of new clinical staff.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and ethical work environment.


Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCBA-D certification in good standing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical and supervisory experience in ABA.
  • Proven leadership and administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
