Key Responsibilities: 
• Monitor and maintain the work order system, ensuring timely completion of all work orders. 
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and prioritize repairs. 
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure facilities meet specific requirements. 
• Train and mentor new maintenance staff to uphold our high standards. 
• Remain vigilant for safety hazards and report them to leadership for immediate action. 
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facilities maintenance. 
• Be available for on-call duties, working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. 
• Perform all other duties assigned by the Facilities Leadership Team. 

 

 

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications: 
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred. 
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a maintenance-related field preferred. 
• 2 years of leadership experience preferred. 
• Background in construction is desirable. 

 

 

Additional Qualifications: 
• Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance are required. 
• Successful completion of background checks including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint checks. 
• Completion of New Hire Orientation and annual training requirements, including Relias. 

 

 

Physical Requirements: 
• Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (exists 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. 
• Sedentary work requires sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods. Jobs are considered sedentary if walking and standing are only occasionally required, and all other criteria are met.
