Summary

At Russ Darrow Madison CJDR, we’re looking for personable, driven individuals to join our team as Automotive Sales Consultants. This is more than a sales role, it’s an opportunity to guide customers through one of the most important purchases they’ll make. Backed by strong leadership, ongoing training, and a trusted reputation in the community, you’ll have the tools you need to succeed in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly and learn about their individual vehicle needs

  • Provide product knowledge and hands-on demonstrations during test drives

  • Guide customers through our transparent and supportive purchase process

  • Clearly present pricing, financing options, and assist with documentation

  • Maintain relationships with past buyers to generate repeat and referral business

  • Proactively reach out to new prospects through a variety of channels

Qualifications


Requirements

  • Sales experience in any industry is welcome - Excellent training is provided!
  • An energetic and outgoing 'people person' that's motivated to succeed
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A positive attitude, good work ethic and professional appearance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
