Are you passionate about building meaningful partnerships and ready to take the lead in driving growth and forging new retail partnerships?
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic sales leader to join our team as our new Senior Business Manager, New Business Development. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our presence across private label and branded product lines—helping us grow in exciting ways with our new and existing product portfolio.
What You’ll Do:
As a key member of our sales team, you’ll:
- Lead efforts to identify and connect with new retail partners by offering solutions to their unique needs.
- Grow and nurture existing accounts, ensuring long-term success through thoughtful planning, collaborative engagement, and smart execution.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers—offering insights, solutions, and innovations that align with their goals and ours.
- Partner closely with internal teams to bring ideas to life and ensure smooth execution.
- Guide and support broker relationships.
- Keep a close eye on market trends and in-store conditions to stay ahead of the curve and uncover new opportunities.
What You Bring:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5–8 years of hands-on sales experience, ideally across multiple trade channels.
- Direct experience working with large national retailers.
- Broker sales experience as a regional manager is a plus.
- A track record of success fueled by your resourcefulness, drive, and entrepreneurial mindset—you know how to spot opportunities, navigate challenges, and turn ideas into results.

- Experience in key account management, brand management, or sales training is a bonus.
