Job Summary: 

Are you passionate about transforming data into powerful insights that drive public relations strategy? We are seeking a skilled PR Research & Data Manager to lead our research, data, and survey initiatives that shape impactful PR campaigns. 

This role oversees survey design, data collection, reporting, PR budgets, and internship projects, while also managing relationships with public figures and strategic partners. You will analyze customer, community, and industry trends to provide actionable insights, track campaign performance, and deliver clear, data-driven reports that guide PR decisions. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee surveys, research, data collection, and reporting for PR campaigns

• Manage interns and projects supporting outreach and research

• Provide trend tracking, public sentiment analysis, and ROI insights

• Produce PR reports, advisory briefings, and campaign recommendations

• Support the creation of PR budgets and financial preparations

• Design and implement surveys to gather insights from customers, communities, internal teams, and new audiences

• Maintain communication with celebrity/public figure representatives to gather PR-related metrics and impact

• Track and interpret trends, public sentiment, campaign responses, and industry benchmarks

• Collaborate with PR Messaging, Campaigns, and Creative teams to translate research into actionable recommendations

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of Marketing or Public Relations Experience

• Proficient in research tools, survey platforms, and data visualization software

• Proficiency in Google Workspace

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to stay positive and full of energy

• Ability to recognize issues and problem-solve

• Creative thinker

• Experience with conducting surveys and how to apply them

• Effective communication

• Able to write executive summaries and data-backed reports for decision-making

Pay: $45,000 – $50,000, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office
