As a Server Assistant, you will be responsible for expediting food from the kitchen to our guests as quickly as possible while responding to changing needs in the restaurant.

Responsibilities:
  • Support Captains in delivering world-class service, maintaining attentiveness, awareness, and discretion at all times
  • Execute water and beverage service, tableside presentations, clearing and resetting, and other service touchpoints with grace and efficiency
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the food menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens to answer guest questions confidently and accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas and stations
  • Communicate effectively with team members and remain in sync with the pacing and needs of each table
  • Anticipate guest needs with sensitivity and professionalism
  • Participate in daily lineups, training sessions, and menu briefings to stay informed and engaged
  • Uphold and model our core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellence
  • Be a brand ambassador, embodying elegance, finesse, and innovation
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining or Michelin-level environment
  • Strong foundational knowledge of food, ingredients, allergens, and dining room protocols
  • A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset
  • Polished and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
  • Available nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Physical Requirements:

Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions; may include walking up and down stairs

Ability to lift to 35 pounds for set-up, service, and clean-up

Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners

Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks
