Applications are due by November 7, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. We invite applications from student-focused leaders who are committed to excellence and community engagement. Prior experience in school administration and a doctoral degree in education are preferred but not required. Candidates must meet the legal requirements to be a superintendent in North Carolina. The individual chosen will be required to live in Caldwell County. About the District The Caldwell County Schools is a nationally accredited district that stands as the largest provider of PreK-13 education for over 10,000 students in Caldwell County.
