In this role, you will lead the implementation of our Network Control Service strategy across your region, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead the execution of regional service strategies aligned with global objectives.
- Drive financial performance and ensure profitability of the service portfolio.
- Develop and mentor local service teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Oversee governance and compliance for all service activities.
- Collaborate with global teams on planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Foster strong relationships with utility customers and key stakeholders.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Represent the region in strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years managing teams, including experience leading managers.
- 3+ years experience with network control systems and utility operations.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to deliver results in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Spanish/Portuguese) are a plus.
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
