Position Duties
Loudoun County Public Library (LCPL) is offering collaborative, energetic, community-oriented leaders the opportunity to become the Assistant Branch Manager at the Brambleton Library.
The Assistant Branch Manager serves as the second person in charge of the library and will oversee the Adult Services department and the Head of Circulation. This position will supervise and evaluate staff, coordinate cross-department scheduling of service areas, provide customer service training, and ensure the daily delivery of high-quality services. LCPL staff provide exceptional service that guides customers of all ages in discovering information, ideas, knowledge and skills.
