About the Role
We are seeking a creative and highly organized Photo and Video Producer to oversee and manage photo shoots from concept to completion, handling logistical, budgetary, and creative aspects to ensure the final product meets the creative vision. Key responsibilities include creating budgets, scheduling sessions, managing the on-set crew and equipment, and coordinating with photographers, models, and other stakeholders. They are also responsible for post-production, ensuring the selected images are high-quality and consistent with the brand.What You'll Do
- Production Management:
- Plan and coordinate photo, social, laydown and video shoots, including scheduling, budgeting, location scouting, and talent booking.
- Manage production timelines and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
- Oversee on-set operations and ensure smooth execution of shoots.
- Ensure proper usage rights and licensing for all content.
- Creative Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to align content with campaign goals and brand identity.
- Work closely with creative directors, photographers, videographers, stylists, and editors to bring concepts to life.
- Post-Production Oversight:
- Manage editing workflows, including reviewing cuts, providing feedback, and ensuring final assets meet quality standards.
- Coordinate retouching, color grading, sound mixing, and other post-production elements.
- Budget & Vendor Management:
- Track production budgets and negotiate with vendors and freelancers.
- Maintain relationships with external production partners and agencies, negotiating crates and contracts, and managing relationships
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in photo and video production, preferably in a creative, studio or marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of production workflows, equipment, and industry best practices.
- Organizational skills: Meticulously managing schedules, files, and other production details.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Budgeting: Creating and managing financial plans for production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving: Adapting to unexpected issues that arise during a shoot.
- Experience working in studio and on-location environments.
