The Clinical Educator is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive orientation, training, and professional development programs for clinical, clerical, and management staff within the Home Health and Hospice departments. This role ensures staff competency, regulatory compliance, and supports quality improvement initiatives across the agency. The educator collaborates closely with leadership to identify training needs, support new hires, and promote best practices in care delivery.
Status: Full-Time (exempt)

Education/Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse license in California (required).
Current CPR certification.
Minimum 3 years of Home Health and/or Hospice experience (required).
Experience with staff education and adult learning principles.
Strong communication and teaching skills
Current CPR certification
