We're seeking a dedicated Senior Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for creating, documenting, developing, and implementing procedures used to build injection molds, process, and bring injection molding projects to completion. Occasional travel to our Fiskdale, MA location is required, in addition to domestic and international travel, approximately quarterly.

Job Type: Full-time                                                 Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serves as a customer advocate to identify and overcome any constraints in engineering or Manufacturing.
• Improves overall processes and related issues including but not limited to process development, scheduling, creating process documentation, product processing, problem solving, and program management. 
• Debugs tooling and capital equipment. 
• Receives and complies with verbal and written directions.
• Performs and/or produces all work and/or product in conformance with the G&F quality management system.
• Complies with all G&F Safety Rules, Policies and Procedures.
• Performs additional duties and functions of a related nature as assigned without notice.

The Senior Project Engineer reports to the Director of Engineering.

Experience, Education and Training Requirements:

• Four-year engineering degree or equivalent, preferably in related field
• 5-10 years’ experience is required
• Must be ITAR compliant (US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card Holder)
• Experience in product/process development, preferably in related field
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or 13485 preferred
• Experience with Solid works, MS Project and MS Office computer programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent comprehension, in English required
• Understanding of formal IQ, OQ and PQ procedures.

 Work Location and Mode:

• At G&F Precision Molding, we value teamwork and collaboration. This role requires employees to be onsite, at one location, five days per week.
