We are looking to hire a Senior Living Coordinator to join our WellQuest Team. The Senior Living Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Senior Living Advisor in handling all administrative tasks, including organizing events; handling all telephone, walk-in, and inbound mail inquiries; touring qualifying prospects; and assisting with resident move ins as needed.
Reports to: Executive Director & Marketing Director
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property’s product and services to effectively an accurately
represent the property to referral sources and prospects.
Walk the community tour route at the start of each day to ensure that the community is ready for daily tours.
Move in/out coordination.
Serve as a liaison for residents and family member new to the community. Assist in planning and implementing all community Marketing events.
Assist in keeping community social media sites active and updated.
Assist Senior Living Advisor in maintaining accurate inventory of collateral and marketing supplies. Coordinate smooth transitions between resident and Independent Living to Assisted Living/Memory Care.
Communicate with new or current residents about move related details.
Prepare “Move in Binder” for resident.
Conduct a primary and secondary inspection of the apartment prior to occupancy. Give community tours as a back up to the Sales Director.
Qualify prospects, convert qualified prospects to tours and convert tours to deposits using the sales process, as needed.
Entering new inquiry information into marketing database and follow-up with all correspondence, as directed.
Able to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, health care professionals, residents, and their families.
Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.

Ability to speak and read English. |

Prior Office Coordination experience preferred. |

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Prefer one year of experience working with seniors, preferably in the Senior Housing Industry
- Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Knowledge of and/or ability to learn the theory and practice of assisted living and dementia care
- Able to work with seniors and patiently interact with cognitively impaired individuals
- Able to be flexible, adapt and respond to change, make decisions in stressful situations, and prioritize tasks and projects
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
