Are you excited about this Billing Supervisor job?

As a Billing Supervisor at Family HealthCare, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass leading the billing team and ensuring accurate processing of claims and payments. You will review and analyze billing data, identify discrepancies, and implement solutions to optimize billing procedures. Daily tasks include overseeing the timely submission of claims, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

You will foster an environment of continuous improvement by training and mentoring team members on best practices and new software tools. Regular communication with healthcare providers and insurance companies will be essential to resolve billing inquiries efficiently. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to support patient record accuracy and provide insights for process enhancements.

Education and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in a business or related field or relevant experience with progressive development of responsibilities.
• Minimum of three years business office management experience; prior training experience.
• Experience working with all types of third-party payers. (Medicare/Medicaid, PPO, etc.) and understanding of FQHC billing requirements preferred.
• EPIC Experience preferred.
