Provide comprehensive support to commercial loan officers in the origination, processing, and closing of commercial loan transactions. Ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely execution across all stages of the loan lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and coordinate loan documentation, from initial application through closing

• Manage due diligence processes, including tax records and spreads

• Assist in gathering and reviewing borrower information and supporting documentation

• Collaborate with credit analysts to verify applicant eligibility

• Perform quality control reviews of loan files and closing documents

• Coordinate loan closings and disbursements with internal teams and third parties

• Respond to client inquiries, resolve account issues, and provide ongoing support

• Maintain strict adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
