ROLE/DESCRIPTION: Reports to the Director of Clinical Research
The Site Strategy Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing strategies for the overall research site success on trial selection and enrollment. The Site Strategy Manager works independently with limited supervision by the Director of Clinical Research and manages recruitment specialists and assistants.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Identify new opportunities for study and site growth
· Develop and implement strategies to ensure studies are placed at sites for successful selection and enrollment (the right study, at the right place, at the right time)
· Responsible for ensuring new study opportunities are submitted for all sites in a timely manner
· Maintain new study opportunity tracker and ensure successful selection at all sites
· Provide monthly reporting analytics with Director of Clinical Research and strategy for improvement
· Execute strategies to market AARACR IRO sites and services for increased study opportunities
· Manage and update AARACR website and social pages monthly
· Develop written recruitment plan for each clinical trial in collaboration with Recruitment Specialist & Research Coordinator
· Responsible for executing the recruitment plan and advertising fund allocation and utilization
· Oversee recruitment tracking compliance and utilizing data for future study success strategy
· Responsible for ensuring all advertising and recruitment strategy is compliant with IRB, ICH/GCP and Federal Laws
· First line manager (direct, supervise, and evaluate) to recruitment specialists and assistants
· Conduct training and mentorship of new recruitment staff, ensuring their success
· Assign tasks and recruitment efforts to ensure workloads are balanced
Requirements
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or associate degree
· Experience in patient recruitment and/or marketing Clinical Research is required
· Personnel management experience preferred
· Clinical Research Certification (CRCC/CCRP) preferred
