About the Role
In this role, you will work on the Investor Relations team, focused on increasing shareholder value through effective communication and strategy of financial results and operations to the financial community, including shareholders and research analysts. You will help drive a better understanding of positioning and emerging trends for our management team by analyzing financial research and information for Gap Inc., its peers and the broader industry. Critical to the success of Investor Relations is the ability to partner across every level of the company, promoting the highest levels of integrity to our stakeholders, while continually building and maintaining trust with management and the investment community.What You'll Do
Support the execution of the investor relations strategy and operating plan.
Assist in all aspects of the quarterly earnings process, including preparation of earnings scripts, press releases, Q&A, supplemental slide deck, board slides and other related materials.
Manage logistics for earnings calls, ensuring smooth execution and effective dissemination of information.
Collaborate cross-functionally (with teams including finance, legal, communications, etc.) to ensure consistent and compliant messaging across constituencies.
Track sell-side financial models, manage internal consensus model and manage distribution of updates to internal teams.
Support the development and execution of targeted investor outreach strategies. Track ownership trends, stock performance, and investor sentiment to help guide the company's outreach efforts.
Manage the team’s contact management database, ensuring all investor interactions and touchpoints are accurately recorded and maintained. Ensure timely follow-up and the upkeep of key investor information for outreach and relationship-building efforts.
Monitor and summarize market trends/data, competitor activities/news, and investor feedback to inform senior management and support strategic decision-making.
Support logistical coordination of investor meetings, conferences, and non-deal roadshows both internally and with external corporate access teams.
Oversee GAP Investor Relations website to ensure investors have access to the latest resources they need during their diligence process and perform regular audits. Manage the relationship with the website provider to ensure functionality and accuracy.
Who You Are
Solid understanding of financial statements and strong financial modeling experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.

Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence with ability to interact at an executive level.
