Description
Nitterhouse Masonry Products, located in Chambersburg, PA, is looking for a Part Time CDL Block Truck Driver to make local deliveries. This is a first shift position and would have between 20 and 30 hours per week.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct a pre- and post-trip inspection of the truck and report any items in need of evaluation, repair, or maintenance
- Identify safety problems or concerns and report any unsafe conditions to Supervisor or Safety Director
- Effectively communicate with load and unload areas
- Inspect material to ensure it has been loaded correctly
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
- Haul materials safely to designated areas
Requirements
- CDL Driver, Class A
- Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience
- Valid drivers’ license and clean driving record
- Must maintain a clean driving record
- Must follow DOT regulations
- Ability to listen and follow directions
