Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio or Washington as set forth below. 


THE WORK:
  • You’ll manage all phases of new construction and refurbishment projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout, ensuring alignment with the client's goals, policies, and standards.
  • You’ll lead the definition and approval of project scope, budget, schedule, and objectives by providing technical expertise, gathering data, and preparing reports for the assigned Program Director.
  • You’ll assemble, direct, and oversee project teams—including personnel, consultants, contractors, and design professionals—ensuring collaboration, accountability, and effective communication.
  • You’ll supervise and evaluate the performance of design and construction teams, providing updates and recommendations to leadership on project delivery, schedule, and vendor performance.
  • You’ll evaluate, negotiate, and recommend approval of design, construction, and specialty consultant contracts, proposals, invoices, and change orders to maintain control of project cost and schedule.
  • You’ll ensure all projects comply with applicable laws, codes, contract requirements, policies, and the conditions of all required permits and approvals.
  • You’ll plan, coordinate, and report on daily construction activities, maintaining oversight of schedule, quality, safety, and contractor performance.
  • You’ll manage day-to-day contract administration, including bid analysis, award recommendations, negotiation, documentation, and enforcement of contract terms.
  • You’ll identify and implement solutions, strategies, and corrective actions to address budget, schedule, or performance challenges and ensure successful project completion.
  • You’ll prepare and deliver clear written reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project progress, issues, and recommendations to client stakeholders.
  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
  • With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.


    HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • 5-7 years of experience with project controls, schedule and construction management
  • 5-7 years of experience working with of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Engineering, construction management or architecture degree with 5-7 years of experience in construction management/administration experience


  • BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
  • Laboratory and research experience
