Overview:

Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Information Services Project Managers and ServiceNow Developers responsible for all assigned Information Services project initiatives. Provides guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth. Oversees the technical review of all technology/application solutions being presented for upgrade or purchase. Works with operational stakeholders on establishing priority and resource planning for the intake of new project requests. Takes lead on projects as assigned by Director. Ensure standard project management practices are followed and projects align with organizational strategy. Collaborates with operational stakeholders and Director to establish an application roadmap for ServiceNow to provide the highest level of functionality to support business processes. Oversees the design and development of customer ServiceNow applications, modules and workflows to meet business requirements. Ensures adherence to best practices.
