Quality Control & Business Process Engineering Specialist bei Mydpr

Overview: 

• Lead research and documentation of accelerated data center build processes, identifying best practices and opportunities for scaling across DPR projects. 

• Conduct business analysis and research on construction and corporate service projects, partnering with internal teams to design, implement, and improve business workflows, – including those enhanced by automation or AI, – ensuring solutions are efficient and scalable. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Analyze and document innovative data center construction methods, contrasting them with standard industry practices to enable knowledge transfer and scalability. 

• Convert ambiguous requests into clear, actionable requirements; challenge assumptions and prototype workflows/data pipelines to validate solutions.  

• Synthesize inputs from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish stated requests from root needs.  

• Identify and prioritize process improvements and resource optimizations; partner with internal teams to assess feasibility and scale of digital automation options, including AI where appropriate.  

• Map end-to-end operations to existing business applications and integrate data and automation – including AI-supported capabilities – where they add measurable value.  

Qualifications: 

• Experience in data center projects, construction AI, and workflow design. 

• Proven ability to interface with engineering, operations, and data teams. 

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. 

• Demonstrated interest in purpose-driven, impactful work in the construction industry.
