Manage and maintain accurate hardware BOMs for telecom tower and ground communication systems (4G/5G).
Collaborate closely with hardware design, system engineering, and procurement teams to develop and update BOMs throughout the product lifecycle.
Ensure BOM structures align with engineering specifications, system architecture, and manufacturing requirements.
Track BOM revisions and configuration changes, ensuring proper documentation and version control.
Support component selection and validation in coordination with engineering teams.
Use Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros) for data analysis, reporting, and BOM tracking.
Coordinate with supply chain and vendors for component sourcing and lead time management.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements in BOM management.
Ensure compliance with industry and internal standards for hardware documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
3+ years of experience in hardware BOM management within 4G/5G telecom systems.
Hands-on experience working with telecommunication tower and ground communication hardware.
Strong understanding of hardware components used in communication systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level required).
Experience with BOM management tools (e.g., PLM, ERP systems) is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a global team environment.
Korean Bilingual Required
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of industry standards for telecom hardware installation and maintenance.
Familiarity with RF components and power distribution units used in telecom infrastructures.
