REMAN Driver – Dent Wizard

Location: Phoenix,AZ ( 85009 -Maricopa County Area)
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Range: $20.00 -$22.00 /hour

As a REMAN Driver, you’ll play a key role in our wheel remanufacturing operations by safely transporting automotive wheels between customer locations and our shop. You’ll also help expand our customer base by identifying new business opportunities along your route.

What You’ll Do

• Safely pick up and deliver automotive wheels to and from Dent Wizard customers.

• Load and unload wheels efficiently and securely.

• Operate Dent Wizard vehicles in compliance with safety standards.

• Use a jack to assist with wheel removal and transport.

• Build relationships with existing customers and seek out new opportunities to grow your route.

• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.

• Prioritize tasks and maintain a high level of organization.

Driver Position – Qualifications & Requirements

In addition to standard transport duties, this role includes jacking up and removing wheels from high-line vehicles. Candidates must possess a solid mechanical background and a working knowledge of automotive uni-body construction. As part of the interview process, applicants will be asked to demonstrate their ability to safely jack up a vehicle, remove a wheel, and reinstall it.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license required

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a transport driver preferred

• Mechanical aptitude with understanding of automotive uni-body structures

• Ability to safely operate a jack and perform wheel removal/reinstallation tasks

• Strong interpersonal and sales skills

• Ability to lift and move up to 80 lbs

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Sales experience is a plus

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship requirements
