Major/Essential Functions
• 20% Consultation & Training: Serve as the primary contact for instructional design support within a designated college, department, and/or program. Communicate regularly with faculty, provide one-to-one training sessions, and provide troubleshooting support concerning all matters related to instructional design (including, but not limited to, additional ways to support emerging tech and new initiatives).
• 10% Project Management & Collaboration: Complete special projects assigned by the supervisor. These may include, but might not be limited to, supporting Higher Ed Courses, Self-Paced, Continuing Education, Textbook Adoption Management, EdTech Research, and Accessibility.
• 5% Research & Development: Complete all assigned units of professional development or training to remain current with emerging trends in instructional design, online learning, and educational technology.
• 5% Administrative Collaboration: Adhere to all departmental policies and procedures. Attend all regularly scheduled and specially called meetings with Directors. Collaborate effectively and efficiently with other instructional designers, supervisors, and stakeholders.

- Masters degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Online Learning, Higher Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field.
