Are you a licensed mental health professional with a passion for working with children and families? Red Oak Behavioral Health is looking for compassionate, dedicated therapists to join our dynamic school-based team. Help kids thrive in and out of the classroom while enjoying work-life balance, professional growth, and the support you deserve.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children and adolescents
  • Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners to support student success
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Receive ongoing supervision toward independent licensure
  • Document services promptly (within 48 hours)

What You’ll Bring:

  • Master’s in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
  • Licensed in Ohio (LSW, PC, MFT, LISW, PCC, IMFT)
  • Experience providing therapy to children, teens, and families
  • Strong documentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for community mental health and trauma-informed care

Unique Requirements 

  • Due to the clinical focus of this position, this employee must maintain a minimum of $1,000,000.00 / $3,000,000.00 professional malpractice liability insurance. A copy of the current rider must be available for entry into their personnel file.
  • Valid Ohio driver’s license required
  • Ability to work in school and community settings
