Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead End-to-End Process Redesign Initiatives: Direct the analysis, redesign, and digitization of complex, paper-based workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance standards, and user needs.
• Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between business units, IT, and executive stakeholders to ensure shared understanding, resolve barriers, and drive consensus on process improvements.
• Ensure Quality, Risk Mitigation, and Compliance: Identify process risks and inefficiencies, prioritize corrective actions, and ensure all redesigned workflows meet data governance, security, and accessibility requirements.
• Manage Project Timelines and Deliverables: Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking to ensure timely delivery of process maps, workflow designs, implementation plans, and training materials.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, systems engineering, or related field • 7+ years of experience in process engineering
• Experience moving processes from paper to digital tools
• Experience collaborating with internal IT departments
• Experience designing systems with union collective bargaining agreements and labor relations sensitivities
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
