Health Unit Coordinator, N. Falmouth Endo bei Falmouth Hospital Association

1. Must be courteous to patients, visitors, physicians, volunteers, and other employees of the organization.

2. Greets patients and visitors.

3. Provides clerical and telephone support for the unit.

4. Schedules and coordinates patient testing schedules.

5. Assembles, maintains management and analysis of patient charts.

6. Assembles discharge paperwork.

7. Enters discharges, doctors orders, transfers and charges into HIS system.

8. Takes and documents verbal and telephone orders from physicians.

9. Keeps department specific logs.

10. Must wear facility provided identification badge at all times.
