About this opportunity:

Our North America team is expanding it's Network Services business to meet the growing demand for intelligent, data-driven service delivery. As part of this growth, we are seeking a motivated professional to join our Technical & Solution Sales Support function — a key enabler of Ericsson’s commercial success in Network Services. In this role, you will bridge technology, business, and customer engagement — helping shape service solutions that deliver measurable value. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, position, and present innovative solutions that meet customer needs and strengthen Ericsson’s position in the market. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives at the intersection of technical solutioning, customer interaction, and business value creation, and who is eager to leverage automation and AI tools to enhance solution delivery.

 

What you will do:

•    Work closely with Customer Units, account teams, and delivery organizations to design and position Network Services solutions aligned with customer strategies.
•    Participate in the presales and solution crafting process, including developing proposals, statements of work, and cost models.
•    Build and articulate value argumentation that demonstrates measurable business benefits to customers.
•    Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to translate technical capabilities into customer-ready service offers.
•    Support bid and proposal activities, ensuring solution accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with Ericsson’s portfolio.
•    Engage directly with customers to present solutions, answer technical questions, and refine offers based on feedback.
•    Utilize automation and AI-driven tools to streamline solution creation, improve accuracy, and accelerate response time to customer requests.
•    Conduct competitive and market analysis to strengthen Ericsson’s value proposition and identify white-space opportunities.
•    Contribute to internal knowledge sharing by documenting reusable components, lessons learned, and solution blueprints.

 

The skills you bring:

•    4–6 years of relevant experience in service solutioning, presales, or technical support, preferably in telecommunications, IT services, or adjacent industries.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — able to connect technical features to business outcomes.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•    Experience or familiarity with In-Building construction services is a plus.
•    Interest or aptitude in using automation platforms, data analytics, or AI tools to enhance solutioning and proposal development.
•    Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional, global teams.
•    Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Background
•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, or a related technical field.
•    Experience with service delivery frameworks or methodologies (e.g., ITIL, TOGAF, eTOM) is beneficial.
•    Familiarity with telecom network operations, field services, or enterprise service management tools.

Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson’s full matching contributions. Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee’s start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
