AE’s thrive under pressure, have strong interpersonal and consultative skills, and enjoy building relationships with business clients. You’ll:
• Assess client risk and design comprehensive coverage solutions
• Partner with underwriters and carriers to secure optimal terms
• Manage TRICOR house accounts and drive client retention
• Mentor and collaborate with new team members
• Represent TRICOR within the business community

AM’s are the backbone of our client service team—organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. You’ll:
• Manage renewals, policy changes, and onboarding
• Partner with AE’s and clients to deliver timely, accurate service
• Maintain organized client files and documentation
• Pursue continuous learning in insurance knowledge and technology
