Ansell is looking for a Sr. Director, Strategy to join our team in Iselin, NJ!

In this position you will play a vital role in driving enterprise strategy at a publicly traded company, with a mandate to shape long-term strategic priorities, support the assessment of organic and inorganic growth, margin expansion opportunities, and drive our strategic value creation plan.

What your role will be?

• Collaborate with the C-suite, business unit, commercial unit, and functional leaders to ensure strategic initiatives align with corporate goals, market expectations, and regulatory requirements.

• Combine deep strategic thinking with strong business judgment, financial acumen, and board-level communication skills.

• Deep understanding of capital markets, financial modeling, valuation, and corporate performance metrics.

• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with ability to distill complex topics for senior stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to lead large cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory, ESG, and compliance considerations relevant to a public company environment (e.g., SEC reporting, SOX).

What will you bring to Ansell?

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline; MBA or other relevant advanced degree strongly preferred.

• 10–15 years of experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, management consulting, or strategic roles within a public company.

• Experience reporting, advising, or interacting with executive leadership and/or boards of directors.

• Prior experience in a strategic leadership role within a Fortune 1000 or global publicly traded company.

• Familiarity or direct experience in financial planning and analysis and capital allocation frameworks.

• International market strategy and/or post-merger integration experience.
