Responsibilities:

The Head of Product Marketing and Engineering is responsible to lead and coordinate regional product engineering and marketing of the LC Xpress Customized Solutions. They will coordinate the entire back-office activities, including engineering, quoting, and order management. The person in this role will provide complementary customer activities to ensure on-time delivery and drive customer satisfaction.  The Head of Product Marketing and Engineering will ensure proper process execution and act as the primary contact for any FNGP-related customer inquiry.  The person in the role will also support the alignment with the respective FNGP/FST sales channels and drive process and operational performance between FNGP and Acquired Company.

  • Develops solutions that meet customers expectations and technical requirements

  • Analyzes product fit, network opportunities, and market accessibility and entry

  • Manages and discusses price proposals, seeks out market adjustment opportunities, and remains current on the market price

  • Identifies strategic gaps and seeks out business opportunities that require cross-collaboration

  • Tracks customers’ quality expectations, legal aspects, and consequences of non-compliance

  • Tracks customers quality expectations, legal aspects, and consequences of non-compliance

  • Drive customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and complementary order-management and purchasing activities necessary to supply CNC-machined parts and Sealing Utility solutions in the entire Americas area. 

  • Coordinates and monitors the fulfillment of all legal and internal requirements regarding Health, Safety and Environment

  • Leads by example and line with the Freudenberg Guiding Principles and the Code of Conduct, while developing employees, driving Talent Acquisition and Management processes, and fostering a proactive work culture

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience

  • 3 or more years of Industry-relevant experience

  • 1 or more years of Relevant Leadership experience is preferred

  • Relevant certifications, system experience, and training

  • Professional-Level English language skills preferred

  • Salary Range: $99,000 to $155,000
