General Summary
Essential Accountabilities
Capital Structure & Liquidity Management
Develop and execute strategies to optimize the company’s capital structure, including debt and equity financing.
Oversee daily cash management, forecasting, and liquidity planning to support operational and acquisition needs.
Manage relationships with banks, bondholders, and rating agencies to ensure access to capital on favorable terms.
Mergers & Acquisitions
Partner with executive leadership to identify, evaluate, and execute M&A opportunities aligned with strategic growth goals.
Lead financial due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition integration from a treasury and capital planning perspective.
Treasury Operations
Direct all treasury functions including cash positioning, borrowing and bank relationships, debt covenant compliance, interest rate risk management, and investment oversight.
Recommend and implement hedge strategies to manage financial risks in line with the company’s objectives and policies including, interest rate, certain commodities and share repurchase program.
Implement and maintain treasury systems and controls to ensure compliance, efficiency, and scalability.
Leading and directing cross-functional teams in Supply Chain and Corporate Real Estate to ensure financial efficiency, operational excellence, and alignment with enterprise-wide goals.
Strategic Planning & Financial Leadership
Collaborate with the CFO and Strategy and Corporate Development team to refine and execute the company’s long-term financial strategy.
Oversee economic analyses of financing alternatives including lease vs. buy analysis, alternative debt instruments, cost of capital, etc. in a manner consistent with Company’s policies and procedures.
Close collaboration with Accounting, Financial Report and Tax to ensure compliance with US GAAP, SEC, SOX and IRS regulations.
Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team and Board of Directors on financial trends, capital allocation, and risk mitigation.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
MBA or CTP preferred
Work Experience
15+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance and treasury, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Large public company experience strongly preferred.
Experience in the construction, infrastructure, or capital-intensive industries preferred.
Demonstrated success in managing complex M&A transactions and capital market activities.
Strong knowledge of treasury systems, financial modeling, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in presenting and preparing proposals.
Intermediate knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements for financial transactions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Skilled in preparing proposals; presenting to and interfacing with Senior Management, Board of Directors and the company’s existing and potential financial partners.
Proven analytical, project management and organizational skills with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail, accuracy and high-quality deliverables are important to this role.
Demonstrated excellence and versatility in undertaking financial and strategic analysis, particularly in selecting and applying appropriate principles to specific issues and in developing an opinion based on their analysis.
Demonstrated ability to multi task and work effectively under pressure, tight timelines, and changing priorities.
Strong executive-level presentation skills and the demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization required.
Proactive in identifying opportunities for process improvement, risk mitigation and improving financial performance.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Lead an engaged team including setting goals, managing performance, fostering career development, and promoting a collaborative learning environment.

Base Salary Range:
$286,801.00 - $430,203.00Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
