Job Requirements:
- Must Have at Least Two Years’ Experience with Staffing, Preferably in a Health Care Facility or Senior Living, Working with CNAs, Certified Caregivers.
- Staffing Experience in Other Industries Will Also Be Considered.
- Experience Recruiting Certified Caregivers or CNAs a plus.
- Create and Maintain Caregiver Schedules Daily, Weekly, and Monthly to Ensure Consistent Coverage That Meets Resident Care Needs and Staffing Ratios.
- Fill Open Shifts Proactively by Monitoring Call-offs, Availability, and Coordinating with Team Leads to Maintain Adequate Staffing.
- Track Open Positions and Staffing Trends, Identifying Hiring Needs in Partnership with Leadership and Hr.
- Monitor Labor Hours, Overtime, and Agency Use to Align Staffing with Budget and Operational Goals.
- Communicate Schedule Updates Clearly and Promptly to Associates and Department Heads, Ensuring Transparency and Accountability.
- Collaborate with Department Leaders to Forecast Staffing Needs Based on Census, Care Levels, and Acuity.
- Maintain Scheduling Records and Compliance with Labor Laws, Certification Requirements, and Company Policies.
- Demonstrate Strong Organization, Attention to Detail, and Problem-solving Skills in Managing Multiple Schedule Changes Daily.
- Use Scheduling and Timekeeping Software Efficiently (e.g.OnShift, Kronos, or Similar Platforms).
- Model Professionalism and Fairness, Supporting a Culture of Accountability, Engagement, and Teamwork.
