About the Role:

Delta Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinic Manager II to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our physician office practice. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing clinical and administrative staff, ensuring exceptional patient care, managing budgets, and aligning operations with the strategic goals of the organization.

In this role, you will drive team performance, patient satisfaction, compliance, and financial outcomes—while fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Operations

  • Lead and supervise clinical and administrative staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Build strong, positive working relationships with physicians and ensure alignment on clinic goals.
  • Create and maintain clinic policies and procedures in compliance with regulations and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to drive interdepartmental teamwork and quality outcomes.
  • Champion employee engagement, morale, and motivation across the clinic team.

Financial Management

  • Develop and manage capital and operating budgets aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee P&L performance and implement cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Monitor clinical activity levels to optimize resources and improve efficiency.

Patient Care & Compliance

  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction and feedback, proactively address complaints and initiate service improvements.
  • Enforce strict HIPAA and facility compliance standards.

Clinical Oversight

  • Oversee clinical tasks such as vitals collection, medication administration, wound care, and patient rooming.
  • Support staff in entering EMR data accurately and assist with patient communications and appointment scheduling.
  • Ensure readiness of clinical supplies, medication inventory, and vaccine management.
  • Maintain clinical competencies as needed to support patient care.

Required Qualifications:

  • Licensure: Current Colorado RN, LPN, or Certified Medical Assistant license.
  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Health, Business, or Public Administration preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of management experience in a clinical or medical office setting.
    • Prior experience with clinical tasks such as injections, blood draws, and EMR systems.
  • Certifications:
    • BLS required
    • IV Certification preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
  • Proficient in planning, coordinating, and supervising clinic operations.
  • Comfortable using computers and clinical software systems.
