Pay Range: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour

Overview

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Handyman/Painter to join our team in maintaining high-end custom homes throughout the Houston area. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and consistently delivers professional, detail-oriented results.

Responsibilities

• Perform general home repairs, including drywall patching, caulking, hardware replacement, and minor carpentry.
• Complete light to moderate interior and exterior painting projects.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as replacing HVAC filters, light bulbs, and smoke detector batteries.
• Perform annual home care services such as pressure washing, window cleaning, and minor seasonal projects.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and office staff to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and represent the company with professionalism and respect.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of residential maintenance or handyman experience.
• Proven skill in home repair and painting with strong attention to finish quality.
• Professional appearance, strong communication, and customer service skills.
• Must pass a drug screening and FBI background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
